Refund Policy
How refunds work for purchases on Saisona.
One-time purchase
Saisona is not a subscription: the full guide is paid once. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
7-day refund
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, email [E-mail] from the address used for the order and we will refund it in full. After day 7, refunds are reviewed case by case.
Digital content
Saisona is digital content supplied as soon as you pay. Before paying, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. The 7-day refund above is our goodwill guarantee on top of that.
Billing errors
If you are double-charged or notice an incorrect charge, contact [E-mail]. After verification, the incorrect amount will be refunded.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank. A refunded purchase is no longer unlocked.
