2. The service

Saisona provides an online personal color analysis: from a short questionnaire and a selfie, the site gives you your color season among 12 and a personal guide (colors, outfits, makeup, hair, jewelry).

Saisona is for people aged 18 and over. The analysis is AI-assisted and indicative: it is neither professional advice nor a judgment on your appearance.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase. Your season and the drape test are free; the full guide costs €9.90 incl. VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Saisona never stores card numbers. The applicable price is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. One-time purchase

The full guide is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal. It unlocks right after payment, in the browser used for the purchase, and includes the guide, the images to share, the garment scanner and new analyses (up to 3 per 30-day period).

5. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy (the “Refunds” page).

6. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information.
• Only send photos of yourself, or of an adult who agrees to it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or circumvent the service.

7. Intellectual property

Saisona retains all rights to the site, its content, brand, software, interfaces, palettes and recommendations. No rights are granted beyond the access provided by your purchase.

8. Disclaimer & liability

• Saisona provides color advice for informational purposes only. The result depends on the photo, the light and your answers.
• The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical incidents.
• Saisona is not liable for purchases or choices made from its advice, or for misuse of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts.
